All you need is love…

And CAKE!!! This week we have been singing love songs in celebration of Valentine’s Day on February 14th.

This year we are focussing on adding Sixties songs to our repertoire as we build up a new song book and we couldn’t resist trying A Kind Of Hush (Herman’s Hermits), All My Loving (The Beatles) and Top Of The World (The Carpenters).  All sung beautifully by all of our groups in Ryedale.

What better way to round off our love theme this week than with a beautiful cake from our dear friend Sheila from Helmsley – and no, we don’t know how Sheila got that heart in there either –  but it tasted divine…
