This week we are very grateful to Thomas The Baker for their pledge to donate some of their yummy biscuits to our singing groups every fortnight. The said biccies were duly devoured at our Pickering and Danby sessions this week.
As if that was not enough, this week Taylor’s of Harrogate donated lots of Yorkshire Tea bags to help whet our collective whistles and set us up for some lovely singing each week.
We are so thrilled to be supported in these ways by both Thomas The Baker and Taylor’s Of Harrogate – a cuppa and a biccie are just the ticket for our participants to go with a good sing… thanks to the two T’s (Thomas’ and Taylor’s).
The accompanying photo shows our Pickering group complete with Taylor’s Tea Bags held aloft – Thomas’ biscuits cannot be seen as they have all been enjoyed with the morning cuppa!
Also a big thank you to Paula Appleby of Middleton who is fast becoming our facilitator of business donations!
As if all of that is not news enough, we also had the pleasure on Monday last of the company of Pickering Town Mayor Helene Haythorne. Pickering Town Council very recently made a generous financial grant to Musical Memories for which we say ‘thank you to PTC’. Helene was kind enough to take the picture shown here.
